• To purchase books and merchandise sold directly through Pet Partners, including items restricted to registered teams, please click "Pet Partners' Online Store" at left. If you are unable or prefer not to place your order online, you may print out this order form (or the form you will find on our Volunteer Team Resources page for restricted items) and mail it in with your check or credit card information.  Please do not mail cash. You may also scan the order form and email it to orders@petpartners.org (credit card use only).  For your security, please do not fax your order.

• Apparel and other merchandise with the Pet Partners' logo can be purchased through online retailers Cafe Press and Land's End.  For more information, click the menu choice at left titled "Logo Merchandise". 

IMPORTANT — PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTE

When you checkout using the Online Store, you will be asked to enter your email address and a password. This password is separate from your Online Community account as this store uses a different processing application.  If you are making a purchase for the first time, you will need to complete a new profile following the prompts for NEW CUSTOMERS after you click on checkout.   If you have previously made a purchase via our Online Store, please input the email address and password you previously used for your purchases.  Please also note that your login information for the Online Store expires after 90 days.
