Prerequisites:  To sign up for a Pet Partners Team Evaluation, it is a requirement that you have either attended the in-person Pet Partners Handler Course, or completed the online Pet Partners Handler Course.

Pet Partners Evaluations:  New and Renewal

Date:  Saturday 8th December, 2012
Time:  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (By Appointment Only)
Location:  Pet Partners, 875 124th Ave NE, Suite 101, Bellevue, WA 98005
Fee:  $25 for each Team Evaluation
Team Evaluators:  Bill Griffin & Mary Stratton

Participants:  Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled evaluation time.
