Prerequisites:  To sign up for a Pet Partners Team Evaluation, it is a requirement that you have either attended the in-person Pet Partners Handler Course, or completed the online Pet Partners Handler Course.

Times:  [MST] 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (By Appointment - Assigned Times)
Location:  Platte Valley Medical Center, 1600 Prairie Center Parkway, Brighton, CO 80601
Fees:  $30 per Team Evaluation for non-members, $25 per Team Evaluation for Denver Pet Partners Affiliate members
