Pet Partners Team Evaluation

Prerequisites:  To sign up for a Pet Partners Team Evaluation, it is a requirement that you have either attended the Pet Partners Team Training Course, or completed the Home Study Course.

Date:  Sunday, 4th November, 2012
Time:  8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (By appointment.  Evaluation appointments every 40 minutes for Dogs only.)
Location:  University of Colorado Hospital, Anschutz Outpatient Pavilion Lobby, 1635 Aurora Court, Aurora, CO 80045
Fees:  $25 per dog for K9 c.a.r.e.s. members, $30 per dog for non-K9 c.a.r.e.s. members
