The Registration Packet is provided to you upon completion of the Pet Partners Online Handler Course or in-person workshop. If you have already completed the online course or in-person workship and need a copy of the current registration packet, please contact your course instructor or our online course support staff at supportolc@petpartners.org.
If you completed the Home Study Course, the deadline for submitting your registration packet has passed. You will need to take the Pet Partners Handler Online Course or attend an in-person workshop to be eligible for registration. Contact operations@petpartners.org or 425.679.5530 with questions.
When you submit your Registration Packet, you must also include a copy of the completed Team Evaluation Forms and the registration fee. After you and your animal have passed the Team Evaluation, the Team Evaluator will give you a signed and dated copy of the form for you to include with your Registration Packet. (You will pay just one of these fees per registration.)

Be sure to:
● Complete all sections of each form. Incomplete forms will be sent back.
● Provide your signature where needed.
● Include the team photo and appropriate registration fee.
● Mail in your Registration Packet and Evaluation forms before the 90 day expiration date.
● Verify your animals’ last fecal exam was within the last 12 months.

Note: Your Registration Packet must be sent to Pet Partners within 90 days of successfully completing your Therapy Animal Team Evaluation. When this 90-day time period expires, you are required to retake the Team Evaluation before submitting your registration papers. Your Health Screening (Step 6) must be complete. You must have current Rabies vaccination and a current fecal exam within the last 1 year. Please be sure you have a current registration packet and complete all 7 Steps including your evaluation paperwork. If your packet is missing any of the required paperwork it will be returned.
Make a copy of your completed Registration Packet for your records. If you want a receipt that your materials have been received, please mail it USPS "Return Receipt Requested”.
